So I have fallen in love with the UP band by Jawbone. I am addicted to it. I'm constantly syncing it to check my progress, i love my morning alarm being a vibration on my wrist instead of some horrible alarm or music. I'm way too picky to say that tomorrow I want to wake up to Social Distortion or Otis Redding. I also love that I'm tracking my activities like sleep! A good nights sleep makes such the difference, yes mom you were right! I also get to track my workouts & my daily steps, today for example I am at 19K+ steps and my day isn't over. I think this is an amazing product, if your kinda techy and also kind of a health buff (yeah I am except for the delicious things I eat and drink often) then this is for you. Check it out UP by Jawbone

Let's Go Rangers! You know those projects that just seem impossible to start? The projects that drain all life out of you, well I'm staring at one of those. So much that I'm writing a quick blog to postpone it! UGH! I have been so busy with work, getting the house ready for winter, building this site and so many other projects that I have not maintained my workshop. That sort of mess doesn't sit well with me; every time I walk past the door to the shop I just cringe, so today is the day when I finally clean it up. I will feel so much better once it’s complete, I won't want to leave the shop! I have two projects I have to finish but I really need the workshop back in order to do so. I have my sourdough bread in first proof for dinner this evening, coffee in hand; guess it’s time I get to cleaning.

Why Time Released Brilliance? In this high paced, technology based life; so often it seems things can change in a second, and life can be taken for granted. However nothing in life just appears, the naked eye may not see it, or maybe it’s mentally overlooked but everything brilliant takes time. Archives
